I’m Lisa, an entrepreneur, digital marketer, health and fitness enthusiast, and social media growth expert with over five years of proven experience.
I’ve had the privilege of helping countless brands grow their visibility, generate leads, and build powerful digital ecosystems that deliver real results. Over the years, I’ve created and scaled multiple online businesses across diverse industries, always with a focus on strategy, impact, and authenticity.
My love for business is only matched by my passion for helping people achieve big goals and create a lifestyle they truly love. After a defining moment where I realised I was building someone else’s dream, I decided to carve my own path and I’ve never looked back.
Today, I use my expertise in social media, advertising, and digital growth to not only drive the success of my own companies but also to transform the online presence of businesses in the health, beauty, wellness, e-commerce, and professional services industries.
Outside of business, I’m a proud mum of three energetic boys and have been married to my husband for 15 years. Guided by my Christian values, I bring authenticity, integrity, and heart into everything I do, whether it’s supporting my clients, raising my family, or giving back to my community.
I’m a multi-business entrepreneur, a travel-obsessed freedom seeker (64 countries and counting!) and someone who has never fit neatly inside the “traditional business owner” box and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’ve built brands from the ground up, run a full-service agency, launched digital products, supported hundreds of business owners, and made every mistake possible along the way… because that’s how you learn what actually works. I know exactly what it feels like to juggle endless deadlines, demanding clients, growing ideas, and a business that sometimes feels like it’s running you.
That experience is why Wellness Marketing exists in the first place, to give business owners the support I wish I had when I was deep in the trenches. A team that genuinely gets it. A team that shows up. A team that actually cares about your success, your sanity, and your freedom.
Now I get to spend my days helping passionate business owners create systems, scale sustainably, and build a business that supports their life… not one that swallows it. Preferably with a cocktail in hand, fewer tabs open, and an inbox that doesn’t scream for attention.
Both Lisa and Kelley built their marketing agencies from scratch, long before Wellness Marketing existed.
They spent years in the trenches, working late nights, building systems from the ground up, juggling hundreds of clients, and growing their agencies into thriving, in-demand businesses.
